Videri Chocolate Factory in Raleigh, North Carolina maintains a spunky brand identity known for its Google reviews and aromatic coffee shop. Tasked with turning the brand’s negative comments about the chocolate’s bitterness into a positive I created an ad that mirrors the chocolate’s ingredients—in which Videri’s cocoa-rich bars work as a double meaning in response to reviews about both price and “bitterness,” turning the taste into a sign of strong, good quality cocoa.

A creative project for an Advertising Creative course to help practice writing copy and pitch concepts through story design. Required to write a story “that is wonderful, exciting, creative or even magical;” students must make the viewer “love Coke, or see them as a brand archetype – one that is synonymous with happiness, fellowship, friendship and sharing.” Finalizing the story, every student must end the pitch with the tagline, “This Is For You Because…” 

Tasked with creating a resumé reflective of someone in the creative industry, I developed a resume incorporating bold, aesthetic elements to demonstrate components of my personality through color, tone and voice.
